This page explains what data the Luqma site collects and how we use it.
Pickup orders
When you send an order from the cart we keep your name, phone number, branch, pickup time, items and notes, and pass them to the branch so it can call you to confirm. Nothing is paid on the site and we never ask for card details; you pay at pickup, in cash or by card.
We keep pickup orders for 90 days to follow up on feedback and complaints, then delete them.
Your cart stays on your device
Your cart, branch and pickup time are kept in your browser only (local storage) and reach us only when you send the order. You can clear them at any time by deleting this site’s data in your browser.
Customer accounts
If you create an account we keep your name, email address and an encrypted password so you can sign in and update your details.
Contact messages
The contact form keeps your name, email and message so we can reply.
Cookies
We use only the cookies we need: to sign you in and to protect our forms from automated messages. We use no tracking or advertising tools.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, at any time from the contact page.
